Ingredients
1 pig stomach,
2 cups of water,
1 onion,
1 cabbage head,
2 tbsp. of tomato paste,
dried dill,
black peppercorns,
salt.
Stomach wash, pour water, add onion, pepper, salt and cook for 1 hour.
Strain the broth, and cut the stomach.
Chop the cabbage and dip it into boiling broth, add tomato paste, salt, pepper, dill and bring to readiness.
Lay cabbage on a dish, on top of a piece of stomach.
