Ingredients
2 pounds of fish,
2 ounces of flour,
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
3 onions,
1/2 cup walnuts,
1 cup water,
1/2 cup of pomegranate juice,
2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
bay leaf,
1/2 pod of chili pepper,
garlic,
salt.
Cooking
Grind the onion, saute it in vegetable oil.
Crush garlic with walnuts, pepper and salt. Pour water, add bay leaves, tomato paste and boil for 5-10 minutes. Then pour the pomegranate juice.
Separate fish fillets, cut into small portions, rub with salt, roll in flour and fry.
Put the fish in a saucepan, cover with onion, pour sauce and stew.
